General steps of precision hardware processing:

1. Parts Design: according to the needs and requirements of customers, the design and drawing of parts. This includes determining the size, shape, material and machining process of the parts.

2. Material Preparation: Select appropriate metal or non-metal materials and prepare raw materials for machining. This may involve processes such as material procurement, cutting and heat treatment.

3. Machining Process Selection: according to the design requirements of the parts and material properties, select the appropriate machining process. Common machining processes include milling, turning, drilling, grinding, stamping and so on.

4. CNC Programming: for parts that need to be processed using CNC machine tools, CNC programming. By writing the programme to guide the CNC machine tool in accordance with the set path and parameters for processing.

6. Surface Treatment: surface treatment of processed parts to improve the appearance of quality and functionality. Common surface treatment methods include spraying, plating, anodising, sandblasting, polishing and so on.

7. Inspection and Quality Control: inspection and quality control of processed parts to ensure that they meet the design requirements and specifications. Commonly used inspection means include size measurement, hardness test, material analysis, etc.
